The film strips are effective for the oral delivery of agents that exhibit low bioavailability such as cannabinoids. Thus, the strips uniquely comprise cannabinoids, such as CBD, CBG, and THC, encapsulated within a mixed micellar composition that is dispersed within a film base. The micelles enhance absorption of cannabinoid on administration by the oral mucosa. CTT can also combine actives, including but not limited to CBG with Nicotine, CBD with CBG, and THC with Nicotine.
